Mindset is defined as a way of thinking; an attitude or opinion, especially a habitual one.

That means we do NOT have to give in to the negative, self sabotaging  thoughts we sometimes harbor nor the limiting beliefs we often bestow upon ourselves. The saying holds true…what you think about you bring about.

With this being known, why are we afraid to STEP OUT and STEP UP to accept what we deserve? Why is it so hard for us to believe that, YES we deserve the very best?

Have you ever laid in bed at night and tossed and turned because you had so many ideas on your mind that they prevented you from sleeping? You know, those tugging thoughts that are so strong they provoke restlessness and refuse to go away until you have to get up and write them down. I know I’m not the only one who experiences this, right?

I call them restless thoughts. They are the things on your mind that attack you at night and refuse to let you go to sleep until you finally give in to their dire need of attention.
